Hello,
We’re relocating to Foco after many years serving overseas.  Our house is in Midtown (just off College Ave & W Swallow Rd). We’ll live on the upper level (Josh, Sagana, our 14 year old, and my dad), and we want to rent out the lower level. It’s quite private: 1 bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, hall closet, large room with fireplace (kitchen area), direct door to garage (garage car spot negotiable in 2 car garage), direct door to back yard (garden), and it will have a privacy door separating it from the stairs going up to our level.

Around $600/mo +/- negotiable depending on how much we furnish it or the tenant furnishes, garage spot, etc. Includes wifi and utilities and fellowship! We’d love to have someone from the church there for fellowship. We need the income to help pay the bills but also willing to negotiate the rate.

Just to clarify about our lower level. It’s not a basement. The rooms have windows / natural light, and it has a door to go out to the backyard and also directly to the garage.
