- Incorporate regular rhythms (e.g. weekends look different than weekdays)
- Resist isolation by maintaining connections with people outside your household
- Limit external input that is not life-giving

We have so many options, from teens through empty nesters – one is bound to be right for your age and stage!
Groceries? We have a food pantry located on the east side of our building that is open every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. Come pick up nonperishables between 6:30 and 8pm this Wednesday.
