Announcement Request Form

Please fill out this form for anything you would like announced. If you would like the event announced on a Sunday or in the newsletter, requests MUST be submitted at least ONE MONTH in advance. Submit all other announcements at least two weeks before the event. Please note, submitting this form does not guarantee your communication plan. All requests are reviewed by the Production Team. Announcement Options
Below are some forms of "announcements" that we have tried with varying levels of effectiveness. It's hard to rate effectiveness of announcements, but we have found over time that stage announcements are just not as effective as we would like them to be. Personal invites, website, and physical fliers around the building tend to be the most successful.
